Async-first delivery

About
I work where interface quality has business consequences: enterprise SaaS, realtime monitoring surfaces, dense interactive canvases, and distributed teams that need reliable frontend ownership.
I build enterprise SaaS and real-time web applications, with hands-on experience in frontend architecture, testing, performance, and production reliability.
At FPT Software, I led a five-person frontend team for Jinjer Admin and worked on real-time monitoring and interactive floor-management products.
I have delivered products with international teams and clients across Japan, Korea, and the UK, and I am open to remote work from Hanoi (UTC+7).
How I work
Component RFC process, written design docs, PR-driven code review, and demo recordings - practiced daily across a Vietnam to Japan and Korea timezone gap for four years.
Used daily since 2022 for written specs, code reviews, and meetings with Japanese, Korean, and global stakeholders.
Based in Hanoi (UTC+7) with 4h+ daily overlap with US Pacific and full overlap with EU working hours.
Cursor and Claude used daily as tooling, under strict review standards rather than as a substitute for them.
