Software Engineer, Remote

Building a mobile-first grants assessment and lead-generation platform for an SME financing client.

  • Developed the platform with Next.js 15 and TypeScript, combining a rules-based eligibility engine with an AI layer that explains funding results and recommendations.
  • Translated criteria from non-technical grants consultants into qualified, not-qualified, and needs-more-information outcomes that remain useful when answers are incomplete.

Software Engineer

Delivered enterprise HR, logistics, interactive floor-management, and AI surveillance systems for international clients and FPT products.

  • Led a seven-person frontend team for Jinjer Admin, an enterprise React HR platform serving 100+ customers in Japan, owning employee management, approval workflows, and the frontend RBAC layer.
  • Reduced the initial JavaScript payload by 35% (1.4 MB to 910 KB) through route-level code splitting aligned with RBAC route boundaries, improving LCP by 1.2s.
  • Introduced test gates on critical paths with 90%+ coverage using Vitest, React Testing Library, and Cypress; production regressions fell by approximately 25% over eight sprints.
  • Built Django REST APIs and a PostgreSQL model for floors, devices, and coordinates, using eager loading to eliminate N+1 queries on floors with 2,000+ objects and optimistic locking to protect concurrent edits.
  • Owned a monitored-area microservice for an AI surveillance platform, delivering FastAPI endpoints, PostgreSQL persistence, cursor pagination, JWT validation, and role- and area-level authorization.
  • Built real-time monitoring dashboards and alert feeds, using list virtualization and optimized update handling to keep the UI responsive during burst traffic.

Built the camera-capture kiosk flow and admin dashboard for an AI face-recognition attendance product.

  • Built the kiosk capture flow and admin dashboard from scratch in React and TypeScript with a responsive, mobile-first layout.
